INGREDIENTS
4 pound chicken breasts

5 clove garlic minced
3 tablespoon thyme chopped
3 tablespoon basil chopped
3 tablespoon oregano chopped
5 ounce mushroom sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter
2. On medium-low heat, cook the chicken in the skillet
for 5 minutes on each side or until done
3. Remove the chicken and set aside
4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and
add garlic, herbs and mushrooms. Saute for 5
minutes
5. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth and parmesan
cheese and whisk over medium heat until cheese is
melted
6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 3 minutes
7. Enjoy!

RECIPE NOTES
Chicken should be cooked to a minimum internal
temperature of 165.
