INGREDIENTS
- vegetable oil
- 140g (1 cup) plain/all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 225ml (1 cup) milk
- pinch of salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 220C / 430F
- Drizzle a little oil evenly into a 12-hole non-stick muffin tray
- Place the tray in the oven for 10 minutes to heat the oil
- TO MAKE THE BATTER, add the flour to a bowl and mix in the eggs until smooth
- Gradually add the milk and beat until lump-free
