SLOW COOKÉR DIJON PORK CHOPS & POTÂTOÉS
INGRÉDIÉNTS
v 1 cân (10.75 oz.) condénséd créâm of mushroom soup, undilutéd
v ¼ cup chickén broth
v ¼ cup wholé grâin Dijon mustârd
v 1 gârlic clové, mincéd
v ½ tsp driéd thymé
v ¼ tsp sâlt
v ¼ tsp péppér
v 6 médium réd potâtoés, slicéd
v 1 médium onion, thinly slicéd
v 6 bonéléss pork loin chops (âbout 1-inch thick)
v 1 tbs oil for browning
v Thickéning (if désiréd):
v 3 tbs flour
v ¼ cup wâtér
INSTRUCTIONS
a) In â lârgé bowl, mis thé soup, broth, mustârd, gârlic, thymé, sâlt ând péppér.
b) Stir in thé slicéd potâtoés ând thé onions.
c) Plâcé in â 5-7 quârt slow cookér.
d) Héât oil in â lârgé skillét ovér médium-high héât. Brown chops wéll on both sidés.
